YOGA for RESILIENCE (7-week Series)
Wednesdays 10:30 – 11:30 am, February 5 – March 19
Greenfield Senior Center, 35 Pleasant Street, Greenfield, MA
… Advance registration* required by February 3

Diaphragms in buildings generate resilience by gathering potentially destructive horizontal forces (such as those from earthquakes or high winds) and redistributing them vertically.
Similar elements exist in the human body.  Join us for this progressive 7-week series and recover your body’s natural resilience through an exploration of its seven primary diaphragms. Each class will include mindful movement, conscious breathing, and meditation, along with suggestions about how to incorporate these practices into your daily life.
Based on the gentle Viniyoga™ approach, this class is accessible to people with any amount of flexibility and yoga experience.  Beginners welcome!
Cost is $55 for the 7-week series (Feb 5 – Mar 19) which may be reimbursable through your health insurance.
*Advance registration with payment required by Monday February 3.   Students must be 55+ and members of the Greenfield Senior Center: membership is free.
