Move, breathe,
and relax your mind.  Explore the wisdom of your body with simple movement, breathing and concentration practices from the yoga tradition. For people with any level of flexibility and/or yoga experience.  Beginners always welcome.
For the Winter/Spring semester, we’ll explore the “living laboratory” of the body-mind through the lens of the five Niyama-s, the second limb of the 8-limbed path described in Patanjali Yoga Sutra-s.  These practices for personal development support improved physical and mental health, better self-understanding, and ultimately a deeper connection to the Wisdom within. Join us for one or more of these 4-week series!
Series Dates.  Shaucha (cleanliness): Jan 7 – 28; Santosha (contentment): Feb 4 – 25; Tapas (discipline): March 4 – 25; Svadhyaya (self-study): April 1 – 22; Ishvara Pranidhana (surrender to The Great Mystery): Apr 29 – May 20
Suggested Tuition*. $65 for single series (4 classes), $275 for all five (20 classes).  Sign up for both Tuesday & Saturday for $110 per single series (8 classes) or $500 for all five (40 classes).
