Experience the benefits of starting your morning with the gentle, progressive Viniyoga™ approach. In each class, we will practice simple exercises designed to help you move, balance, breathe, focus and relax so that you can get the most out of the rest of your day!

      For men and women with any level of flexibility and/or yoga experience. Beginners always welcome. Mats and props provided. Drop in anytime! No classes Dec 19 - 30.

     Tuesdays 9:30 - 10:45 am < No class Dec 19, 26

Balance body, mind, and spirit with this unique blend of EmbodYoga™ and Viniyoga™ that incorporates functional movements, conscious breathing, and mindfulness.
     You do not have to be Gumby to benefit from this approach. For men and women with any level of flexibility who are interested in an active yoga practice. Drop in anytime! No classes Dec 19 - 30.

      Saturdays 9 - 10:30 am, Green River Yoga, Greenfield

            $15 drop in, $65/five classes, $120/ten classes

60+ Yoga

Join us for simple seated and standing yoga postures, breathing exercises, relaxation and concentration techniques that can help you: sit, stand, and walk with more confidence; move with less pain and more strength; breathe more deeply and sleep more soundly.

      Based on the gentle Viniyoga style, this class is accessible to men and women with any amount of flexibility and yoga experience. Open to anyone 60+ living in Northfield and surrounding towns. Drop in anytime!

     Thursdays 9:30 - 10:30 am, Town Hall, Northfield, MA  

          Donations appreciated but not required.
